In practice, I successfully use the Electronic Court system (https://id.court.gov.ua/).
All the cases that I have in production in Ukraine, I conduct remotely.
As a lawyer, I am not tied to my location.
My clients are not tied to their location.

Cassation proceedings.
In accordance with proposal 2 of part 1 of article 328 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, if there is the request of the person who filed appeal, the judge-rapporteur if necessary decides on suspension of the decision (decisions) of the court.
I often use this procedural law in the interests of clients and very effectively.
I shall give one example.
On January 11, 2017, the Kiev City Court of Appeal decided to evict the client from the apartment without providing another premises.
We have submitted the cassation.
But, if you do not suspend the ex*****on of the decision of the court of appeal, the client will be evicted from the apartment in the near future.
Therefore, together with the cassation, we filed a petition to suspend the ex*****on of the judgment of the appellate court.
High Specialized Court of Ukraine for civil and criminal cases opened the cassation proceedings, granted our application and suspended the ex*****on of the judgment of the appellate court.
Now the client is calm that no one will evict him for the time of the cassation proceedings.

A case from my practice.
At the end of last year, I was approached for legal assistance Director of one of limited liability companies with the following problem.
In July 2014, in the city of Lugansk, one of the banks of Ukraine, on the basis of the contract on encashment, has collected money from the company and has not yet credited them to the account under the pretext of the antiterrorist operation.
I conducted the relevant training and filed a lawsuit on behalf of this company in the Economic Court of Kiev.
After a protracted legal battle our suit was satisfied.
The Economic Court of Kiev collected from bank: the amount of the principal debt, the amount of inflationary losses, the amount of three percent per annum and the amount of the court fee.
We are waiting for the decision to enter into legal force.
