As of 1st December 2024, has implemented new rules for employees under martial law, with updated criteria for recognising critical enterprises. The key changes include mandatory salary thresholds (approx. $500), stricter verification processes, and renewed requirements for deferments.

Previously granted deferments remain valid but are subject to potential cancellation under specific conditions, such as losing critical enterprise status. New deferments are valid for up to 12 months, with a cap on the number of employees reserved per enterprise. Applications shall be submitted through the Diia platform for swift, automated processing.
