Ukraine took 76th place from 190 at the Doing Business-2018 rating that is annually composed by the World Bank as the press service of the World Bank reported.
It is noted that Ukraine rose in four points in comparison with 2016.
The World Bank stated the simplification of the procedure of the getting a permission for the building at the expense of the reforming of the business (35th place).
Also, Ukraine took the 43rd place at the expense of the reforming of the sphere during the year in the rating on the tax-payment by business.

The rating is made by the World Bank and reflects the level of the business climate in the country

Витяг із Закону України «Про адвокатуру та адвокатську діяльність»:

"Адвокат України – це фізична особа, яка має повну вищу юридичну освіту, володіє державною мовою, має стаж роботи в галузі права не менше двох років, склала кваліфікаційний іспит, пройшла стажування, склала присягу адвоката України та отримала свідоцтво про право на заняття адвокатською діяльністю" (стаття 6 Закону).
