杜俊謙律師，1978年(昭和53年)生，現任仲裁人、發言人、執業律師。 執業律師。 於1996年華僑高中畢業後就讀國防大學管理學院。接續6年後勤軍官生涯，於2007年就讀台北大學財經法律系，3年後畢業進入台灣大學研究所就讀，於2010年成為律師迄今。

現職為執業律師，於1996年華僑高中畢業後就讀國防大學管理學院。接續6年後勤軍官生涯，於2007年就讀台北大學財經法律系，3年後畢業進入台灣大學研究所就讀，2017年取得法學碩士學位，於2010年成為律師迄今。
