今日上午，Savills Taiwan 接待來自紐約大學（NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate）不動產開發碩士班的 Matthew Kwatinetz 教授及學生一行來訪交流。✨
此次參訪由 Savills 紐約與台北辦公室協力促成，展現全球網絡合作的連結性。參訪成員之一亦為 Savills 紐約辦公室同仁Brian Scharfman，在跨辦公室交流與協調下，順利促成本次活動，完美體現 "One Savills"的核心價值。
本次交流由 Savills Taiwan 董事長 Ricky Huang 與研究部資深協理 Erin Ting 進行分享，內容涵蓋台灣商用不動產市場、辦公室租賃趨勢及住宅市場發展，並就市場觀察與實務經驗進行深度討論。
本次交流提供雙方就區域市場與產業發展進行意見交換的機會，也有助於深化對台灣不動產市場的理解。

We were pleased to host students from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, led by Professor Matthew Kwatinetz, this morning.
This visit was facilitated through collaboration between the Savills Taiwan and New York offices, demonstrating the strength of our global network. One of the participants, Brian Scharfman, is our colleague from the Savills New York office.
Through close communication and coordination between teams, we were able to successfully deliver this event, fully demonstrating the “One Savills” core value.
The session was presented by our Managing Director, Ricky Huang, together with the Senior Director of the Research Department, Erin Ting. The presentation covered Taiwan’s current commercial property market, office leasing trends, and residential market developments, followed by engaging discussions and valuable exchanges of market insights and experiences.
This visit provided an excellent platform for both parties to exchange perspectives on the current local market and industry developments, while also enhancing participants’ understanding of Taiwan’s real estate landscape.
We greatly appreciate the insightful contributions and conversations shared by Brian, Professor Matthew Kwatinetz, and all the students. We wish them continued success for the remainder of the GFI program in Taiwan.
