防範詐騙聲明：不明人士冒用本所律師名義於抖音及 LINE 進行詐騙，敬請民眾提高警覺

近日本所接獲民眾反映，有不明人士於 TikTok（抖音）平台及 LINE 群組中，冒用本所蕭宇傑律師之名義與照片，對外從事網路詐騙行為，並佯稱可提供法律服務，指示民眾以「泰達幣（USDT）」等虛擬貨幣方式支付律師費用。

本所特此嚴正聲明如下：

一、蕭宇傑律師並未開設任何 TikTok（抖音）帳號，亦未在任何社群平台以個人名義招攬業務。

二、蕭宇傑律師於各式通訊軟體（包括 LINE）均未設置頭像，亦不會主動透過網路或社群平台向不特定人士提出加好友邀請或要求支付律師費用。

三、凡以本所或本所律師名義，要求民眾以虛擬貨幣轉帳或其他非正式方式支付費用者，均屬高度可疑，請務必提高警覺並切勿依指示付款。

前述不明人士冒用本所律師肖像與名義之行為，已涉侵害個人資料，並觸犯偽造文書及相關刑事責任。

本所亦呼籲社會大眾，若接獲任何自稱為本所律師、或聲稱與本所熟識之人士聯繫，請不吝向本所聯繫確認及查證，以免受騙並避免不必要之財務損失。

近日接獲民眾告知，有不明人士擅自以「大成網絡維權律師事務所」等名義，於Facebook臉書建立粉絲專頁及發佈貼文。為此鄭重聲明，本所即大成台灣律師事務所唯一的Facebook臉書粉絲專頁名稱為「大成台灣律師事務所-Dentons Taiwan」，任何非由「大成台灣律師事務所-Dentons Taiwan」於Facebook臉書粉絲專頁所發佈的貼文與資訊，均與本所無關，請民眾特別注意。

該不明人士冒用本所商標與名義，已觸犯相關刑事法律規範，也請民眾如有接獲聯繫表示其為本所、本所律師或熟識之人，可不吝向本所聯繫確認([email protected])，避免不必要之損失。

近日接獲民眾來電告知，有不明人士假冒本所鄭至量律師名義於Line群組中進行網路詐騙。

本所聲明，本所律師不會在網路上以律師名義用line通訊軟體主動請求加入好友。該不明人士冒用本所律師肖像與名義，已侵害個人資料並構成偽造文書，本所必將追訴，也請民眾如有接獲聯繫表示其為本所律師或熟識之人，可不吝向本所聯繫確認，以避免不必要之損失。

重大澄清聲明 景潤投資股份有限公司並非本所當事人
近日有民眾向本所表示收到「大成台灣律師事務所魏憶龍律師、及黃乃芙律師」之「鄭重聲明」，經查該聲明之內容：「景潤投資股份有限公司委託大成台灣律師事務所發布聲明、收集保留侵害名譽權之相關證據」，完全非本所為，更涉及偽造魏憶龍律師、黃乃芙律師之印章，及冒用印文等刑事責任，本所為免誤導社會大眾視聽，特澄清如下：本所從未受「景潤投資股份有限公司」委任寄發函文、亦未受委任處理名譽侵權事宜。該「鄭重聲明」係不明人士冒用本所魏憶龍律師、黃乃芙律師之名義所偽造，已涉犯偽造文書、違反個人資料保護法等罪嫌，本所除已向有關執法部門報案，必要時，並會就此事進一步採取法律途徑。

近日接獲民眾告知，有不明人士假冒本所廖涵樸律師名義，擷取本所官網上放置之律師照片作為通訊軟體顯示照片，向不特定民眾佯稱本所律師團隊可協助追回網路詐騙損失。

本所謹此聲明，本所律師並不會在網路上以律師名義用line通訊軟體主動請求加入好友。該不明人士冒用本所律師肖像與名義，已侵害個人資料保護法並構成偽造文書，本所針對此事必將追訴，也敬請各位民眾如有接獲聯繫表示其為本所律師或熟識之人，可不吝向本所聯繫確認，以避免不必要之損失。
