Winner of the Central American Full Contact Karate Championships in Costa Rica – 1986. Represented Trinidad and Tobago at World International Full Contact Karate Championships in Japan – 1987. A Chartered Accountant by profession with over 10 years’ experience in the Finance Accounting profession in the areas of audit, cost accounting, management accounting, general accounting and also financial analysis. Baball currently serves as the Treasurer of The National Contract Workers and General Employees Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Baball is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) having qualified under the ACCA and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT). Baball is registered as a private aeroplane pilot and a private helicopter pilot under the Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority (TTCAA). Stacy Lee Sam BBA – Public Relations Officer
