Koza Gıda is the Turkish representative of the world cuisine and it has became an expert in its area since 1994. Its mission is to present the worldwide innovations and trends with its appreciable perception to the customers. It reaches to the end user by its well organized network system in Turkey and sales organization in Marmara region. To catch up the new trends in the world and introduce them
to the customers, Koza Gida attends to the fairs, researchs international magazines, visits the suppliers and takes courses about the world cuisine at abroad. In addition, it consults to the foreign chefs and organize meetings with the foreign traders; also adds the new products to its portfolio upon demands and opinions of the customers. Koza Gida represents its new products by attending to the fairs, organizing activities, publishing advertisements at the magazines about the food sector, attending as a sponsor to the organizations and seminars. Some culinary equipments and products for decoration as the supplemental elements for the restaurants are also included in its wide portfolio. In order to increase the sales and to present the products, the Marketing Department of Koza Gida is arranging demonstrations, printing menus, cards, billboards, posters and working as a consultant while the customer preparing his menu with its expert team. Koza Gıda has an expert sales team which is located in Marmara Region. All of the personnel has university degree and can speak at least one foreign language. They are taking culinary classes and if necessary they are sent to the foreign trainee programs at abroad. As a dynamic team, they are visiting the customers regularly with company cars. In addition, a sales supporting personnel is supporting the sales team in the office by taking the orders and the other customer needs. The import department composed by an expert personnel in their area. The whole process begining from the production till the deliverance to the customers is controlled in respect of hygene, labeling and cold chain transportation by this expert team according to the Specification of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Turkish Food Law. These controls provide the customer reliance to our products. With its legal permissions, our 1000 m2 indoor warehouse can hold 2000, 500 m2 frozen warehouse can hold 500 pallets of products. In addition, there are barcode and FIFO (first in first out) systems in our warehouses. Frozen products are transported by the Italian Coldcar vehicles at +4 C and -30 C. There is an insect prevention program which is executed by both the company Terminix and the food engineer.
