Türk Borçlar Kanunu’na eklenen geçici 1. madde uyarınca, konut kiraları ile sınırlı olmak üzere, 11 Haziran 2022 tarihi ile 1 Temmuz 2023 tarihleri arasında yenilenen kira dönemlerinde uygulanacak kira bedeline ilişkin anlaşmaların, bir önceki kira yılına ait kira bedelinin %25’ini geçmemek koşuluyla geçerli olduğu hüküm altına alınmıştır.
