As Par Law and Mediation Office, in the context of Foreigners' Law, the legal services offered by our office are as follows:

Making applications to official authorities for obtaining a residence and-or work permit for foreigners living in Turkey and following the process.

Making applications to the official authorities for the extension of the residence permit of foreigners living in Turkey and following the process.

Providing information and consultancy services to foreigners about Turkish Law and legal legislation.

Evaluation of the status of foreigners living in Turkey to acquire Turkish citizenship and, if the conditions required by the legal legislation are met, making applications to official authorities and following the process.

In case of any violation of the rights of foreigners living in Turkey, the necessary lawsuits should be filed and the litigation process should be followed up and concluded.

Providing information and consultancy services within the framework of legal legislation on the acquisition of property by foreigners in Turkey.

Providing information and consultancy services about the marriages of foreigners living in Turkey within the framework of legal legislation.

Opening of divorce and family law cases of foreigners living in Turkey and following up the litigation process and concluding it.

In order to protect the rights of foreigners living in Turkey that are hidden from private international law and agreements to which the Republic of Turkey is a party, the necessary lawsuits should be filed and the litigation process should be followed up and concluded.
