"Additional Tax for Corporate Taxpayers"

According to the 27th paragraph of Article 10 of the Law on the Restructuring of Some Receivables and Amendments to Some Laws, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey on March 12, 2023, and entered into force, an additional tax has been imposed on corporate taxpayers based on the amount they have declared as exemption or deduction in their 2022 tax returns.
