HTİYATİ HACİZ)

HOW TO FREEZE A DEBTOR’S ASSETS IN TURKEY BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE (PRECAUTIONARY ATTACHMENT – İHTİYATİ HACİZ)

When doing business in Turkey, one of the biggest risks for foreign companies is simple:

You deliver, but you don’t get paid.

By the time you start legal action, the debtor may have already:

Transferred assets

Emptied bank accounts

Disappeared from the scene

This is exactly where precautionary attachment (ihtiyati haciz) becomes a critical legal tool.

WHAT IS PRECAUTIONARY ATTACHMENT?

Precautionary attachment allows you to freeze the debtor’s assets before a final court judgment.

It is a powerful measure designed to:

Secure your claim

Block asset transfers

Put immediate pressure on the debtor

WHEN CAN YOU APPLY?

You can request it if:

Your claim is for a monetary debt

The debt is due (or at serious risk)

There is a reasonable risk of non-payment

WHY FOREIGN CREDITORS SHOULD ACT FAST

Foreign companies often lose time — and in Turkey, time equals risk.

Debtors who act in bad faith may:

Transfer assets to third parties

Hide company resources

Delay proceedings intentionally

With precautionary attachment, you move before the damage is done.

KAHRAMANMARAŞ SCHOOL MASSACRE AND THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM

THIS IS NOT JUST A CRIME, IT IS THE RESULT OF ESCAPING FROM REALITY.

One of the biggest crises facing societies today is fake optimism that denies the dark side of human nature. In other words, political correctness. If this world collapses, I believe it will collapse because of this hypocritical attitude.
This disgusting hypocrisy and shamelessness is especially committed by the 'white' segment of society.

For years, people have been told this fairy tale in many areas:

'As long as you give love, everyone can be fixed.'
'Every problem can be solved with communication.'
'No one is evil, they are just misunderstood.'
'Setting boundaries is harshness.'
'Punishment is old-fashioned.'

No.

Real life is harsher.

Some people are born with significant levels of ruthlessness, sa**sm, manipulation, and a tendency to exploit others.

And society cannot protect itself by ignoring existing evil.

Throughout my 16-year career as a lawyer, and still today, I continue to see the same dark souls in police stations, courthouses, criminal courts, prison visits, case files, and in real life.

I have seen ruthlessness.
I have seen sa**sm.
I have seen manipulation.
I have seen lack of empathy.
I have seen characters who turn other people's lives into hell and then portray themselves as victims.

Today, instead of telling the truth, some circles use fashionable phrases. Chants for the stands, sterile slogans, statements that take no responsibility… this is either due to cowardice or calculated hypocrisy.

Yet raising a human being is not just about giving self-confidence.
It is about giving character.
It is about teaching boundaries.
It is about teaching empathy.
It is about instilling human values.
It is about teaching them to face the consequences.

Education systems, family understanding, and the legal order must be designed not only for the good side of human beings but also for the possibility of turning to evil.

Because the problem is not just the incidents at school.

Countless small evils that poison daily life, disrupt working life, ruin relationships, and oppress people are fed from the same source:

irresponsibility,
narcissism,
ruthlessness,
and impunity.

There is no healing without facing reality.

Love is not the solution for psychopathic characters. Abortion can be. Culling can be. Beating can be. The death penalty can be. Pouring lime on their grave can be.

This hypocritical, brainless optimism must be abandoned as soon as possible. Brave scientists must shout out the truths. These must then be transformed into education and justice policies.

Either barbarism or civilization!

THE KAHRAMANMARAŞ SCHOOL MASSACRE AND THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM

THIS IS NOT MERELY A CRIME. IT IS THE CONSEQUENCE OF ESCAPING REALITY.

One of the greatest crises facing societies today is fake optimism that denies the darker side of human nature. In other words: political correctness. If this world collapses, it may well collapse under the weight of such hypocrisy.

For years, people have been sold the same fairy tales:

“Just give love and everyone will improve.”
“Every problem can be solved through communication.”
“No one is truly bad, only misunderstood.”
“Setting boundaries is harsh.”
“Punishment is outdated.”

No.

Real life is harsher than that.

Some people are born with serious tendencies toward cruelty, lack of conscience, manipulation, and exploitation.

And no society can protect itself by pretending evil does not exist.

Throughout my 16 years as a lawyer — and still today — in police stations, courthouses, criminal courts, prison visits, case files, and everyday life, I continue to encounter the same dark personalities.

I have seen ruthlessness.
I have seen sa**sm.
I have seen manipulation.
I have seen lack of empathy.
I have seen people who turn others’ lives into hell while portraying themselves as victims.

Today, many circles prefer fashionable slogans instead of truth. Empty phrases, sterile narratives, irresponsible commentary. This comes either from cowardice or calculated hypocrisy.

Raising a human being is not merely about giving confidence.

It is about building character.
Teaching boundaries.
Teaching empathy.
Instilling human values.
Teaching responsibility and consequences.

Education systems, family culture, and legal systems must be designed not only for the good side of human nature, but also for its capacity to drift toward harm.

Because the problem is not only what happens in schools.

The countless small evils that poison daily life, damage workplaces, destroy relationships, and oppress others grow from the same roots:

irresponsibility,
narcissism,
callousness,
and lack of consequences.

There is no healing without facing reality.

The era of foolish, self-congratulatory optimism must end. Courageous scholars, scientists, educators, and lawmakers must speak uncomfortable truths openly — and turn those truths into education and justice policy.

The choice is simple:

Barbarism or civilization.

A CLOCKWORK ORANGE AND THE ROTTEN ANATOMY OF JUSTICE

In Stanley Kubrick’s iconic film A Clockwork Orange, the sadistic character Alex is “rehabilitated” by the state — not through remorse or moral awakening, but via chemical and psychological intervention.
The film poses a philosophical dilemma:

> “If a person is forced to be good, is he truly good?”
And it whispers a deeper assertion:
“Morality without free will is not morality at all.”

This idea lies at the heart of Western, individual-centric legal philosophy:
The offender’s freedom is often deemed more sacred than the victim’s suffering.
Any state interference with individual autonomy is instantly labeled as “authoritarianism” or “fascism,”
while the irreversible trauma of the victim is barely acknowledged.

This twisted mentality — garnished with every fashionable label the Western academy can offer: libertarian individualism, anarchist moral relativism, postmodern deconstructionism and a generous drizzle of philosophical jargon — proudly calls itself "justice reform" while steadily eroding the very notion of justice itself.

As a lawyer who has spent years inside courtrooms, I have seen this pattern repeatedly:
The defendant’s childhood, personality, socioeconomic background, and “regret” are extensively detailed —
yet the shattered life of the victim is often reduced to a few footnotes.

This offender-centered framework, rooted in Western legal theory, is now being exported into Eastern legal systems as well.
Justice is being replaced by “empathy-based subjectivity,” and deterrence is overshadowed by romanticized rehabilitation.
And all of this is served under the sleek packaging of “modernization.”

But the truth is:
Some forms of evil are consciously and willfully chosen.
And they must be countered — not with sentimentality, but with deliberate limitation of that very will.

In a world where the obsession with liberty begins to strangle justice itself,
perhaps it’s time to step back — not with blind admiration, but with critical distance.

Respectfully,

Lawyer

PSYCHOPATHIC WOMEN: INVISIBLE VIOLENCE AND THE BLIND SPOTS OF THE LAW

In Crime and Punishment, Raskolnikov questioned the contradictions of justice and the double standards of humanity. Some crimes are unforgivable, while others are always left unpunished. This dual nature of justice is still present today. Those who are truly harmful remain unnoticed by the system, while those who stand against them are punished immediately.

---

1. Psychopathy, Sociopathy, and Cluster B Personality Disorders: Violence as a Mental Disorder

One of the biggest misconceptions in society is the belief that psychopathy and sociopathy only exist in serial killers, mafia figures, or extreme criminals. However, this is a serious misconception.

✔ Psychopathy and sociopathy are psychiatric disorders and fall under Cluster B Personality Disorders.
✔ These disorders include narcissistic, borderline, antisocial, and histrionic personality disorders.
✔ Their most common traits are a lack of conscience, manipulative behavior, lack of empathy, and emotional instability.

✔ Psychopaths are born without a conscience, cold-blooded, and calculating. They make long-term plans to control their victims.
✔ Sociopaths, on the other hand, often develop these traits due to trauma and are impulsive and unpredictable. They may suddenly resort to violence.

However, society often perceives women with these disorders differently.

✔ If a man is a psychopath, he is considered "dangerous"; if a woman is a psychopath, she is a "strong woman."
✔ If a man is manipulative, he is labeled "toxic"; if a woman is manipulative, it is seen as "female intuition."
✔ If a man gets angry, he is "violent"; if a woman gets angry, she is a "trauma survivor."

---

2. Corporate Women: A New Playground for Sociopaths

✔ Psychopathic and sociopathic women are not only found in low-income communities; they are often part of the middle and upper classes.
✔ They thrive in corporate environments, academia, the arts, law, and business.
✔ They project an image of intelligence, modernity, strength, and independence, but behind the scenes, they are destructive.
✔ Their manipulation operates at an intellectual level, using legal, financial, and social strategies.

---

3. Women Who Brag About Their "Casualties" Like Old Gangsters

These psychopathic women boost their self-image by counting their victims. Just like old gangsters boasting about the men they have beaten or killed.

✔ "My ex-boyfriend committed su***de after me!"
✔ "Three of my exes ended up in psychiatric hospitals."
✔ "My ex-husband couldn't get over me—his life was ruined."

But why do they feel so comfortable boasting about this in public?

✔ Because they are free to act without consequences.
✔ Because they know they will never face social or legal accountability.
✔ Because they know they will never be shamed or condemned.

Yes, congratulations—this is the kind of society you have built.

---

4. Male Victims of Psychological Violence: Trapped in a No-Win Cycle

✔ First stage: Manipulation, emotional blackmail, and social isolation.
✔ Second stage: If the man speaks out, he is ridiculed, silenced, or publicly shamed.
✔ Third stage: Loss of self-esteem, career collapse, depression, and suicidal tendencies.
✔ Fourth stage: If the psychological burden continues to increase, he may accumulate anger and, in some cases, this can turn into violence.

At this point, two different scenarios emerge:

✔ Some men withdraw, sink into depression, and ruin their own lives. Su***de often follows.
✔ Some, under immense psychological pressure, develop violent tendencies and find themselves trapped in a destructive cycle. This can result in harm, aggression, or even homicide.

This is not an attempt to establish a cause-and-effect relationship but rather to highlight how prolonged psychological abuse can lead individuals to extreme consequences.

---

5. Mass Hysteria, Collective Stupidity, and Silencing Tactics

✔ When the psychological abuse of women is discussed, a wave of social hysteria erupts.
✔ If a man speaks up about his victimhood, he is either mocked, dismissed, or labeled a "misogynist."
✔ Society automatically believes in female victimhood, while male victimhood is dismissed as irrelevant.

This mass delusion has serious consequences:

✔ Women who engage in psychological abuse are never held accountable.
✔ Their emotional manipulation is seen as intelligence, whereas men doing the same are condemned.
✔ When women drive men to su***de, it is never seen as "violence."

---

6. Manipulating Lawyers: A Professional Experience

✔ These types of women do not only manipulate their victims—they also try to manipulate their lawyers.
✔ Some seek legal advice not for justice, but to weaponize the legal system against others.
✔ For them, legal action is not about fairness but revenge.

Throughout my legal career, I have seen cases where these women treated their lawyers as "allies" in their psychological games.

✔ Some openly admitted their intent to file false accusations.
✔ Some excitedly planned lawsuits solely to ruin their exes.
✔ Some played the victim role, aiming to destroy someone with fabricated claims.

At this stage, the lawyer’s ethics become critical. However, when these women find lawyers willing to set aside ethical boundaries, their destruction becomes even more powerful.

✔ The legal system, at times, stops being a tool for justice and instead becomes a weapon for sociopaths.

---

7. The Solution: What the Legal System Must Do

✔ Psychological abuse must be legally recognized as a form of violence.
✔ Cluster B Personality Disorders should be taken more seriously in forensic psychology and law.
✔ Male victims should be acknowledged and taken seriously.
✔ Manipulative individuals should be held accountable just like physical abusers.
✔ False accusers and legal manipulators should face legal consequences.
✔ The justice system should prevent itself from being used as a tool by psychological abusers.

---

Final Thoughts: The Double Standard of Justice

Just as Raskolnikov pointed out in Crime and Punishment:

✔ "If you seek justice individually, you are labeled a murderer. But if you kill thousands, you become an emperor."
✔ "Justice is nothing more than an illusion.
