REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE PROCESS STARTED AT NOTARY!
The practice of concluding real estate sales contracts in notary offices as well as land registry offices has started across the country.
The person who wants to sell his/her immovable property will apply via the e-Application system on the website of the Notaries Union of Turkey, by choosing the notary public that he/she wants to process.
After the notary public's determination that the applicant is the rightful owner of the real estate, the application will be accepted and the process will be started.
With the acceptance of the application, the title deed records of the real estate will be examined by the notary public, and it will be checked whether there is any obstacle to selling.
Contracts will be signed in the presence of a notary public.
Once it is determined that there is no obstacle to the sale of the immovable, a message will be sent to the mobile phones of the interested parties in order to pay the required fee and deed revolving fund service fee.
After the payment of fees and expenses, the parties will be invited to the notary public to sign the real estate sales contract.
Contracts will be signed by the buyer and seller in the presence of a notary public. Signed contracts will be saved in the system. After that, the real estate will be registered in the land registry by sending the contracts electronically to the Land Registry and Cadastre Information System.
The title deed and other documents to be issued after the transfer of the immovable will be delivered by the notary public.
Sales can also be made on the weekend.

FINE PEOPLE WHO LEFT THEIR ANIMALS
With the microchip application, it is aimed to monitor the health checks of cats and dogs, to find the animals in cases of being left on the street, lost or abducted, and to detect and punish those who leave them on the street or kidnap them.
In this context, those who leave their animals on the street will be able to be found thanks to the chip that also includes the owner's information. A penalty of 2 thousand 724 TL will be applied to these people. 13 thousand 620 for those who left the forbidden races.
WHERE WILL THE MICROCHIP BE INSTALLED?
All cat, dog and ferret owners; Provincial, district directorates or institutions, organizations, real or legal persons authorized by the ministry will be able to register their animals by applying with the relevant declaration.
Microchip application is made by provincial and district agriculture directorates and veterinarians. It is aimed to prevent possible negative situations by registering the animals.

Deportation decision is taken for the following foreigners:

a) Those who are considered to be deported within the scope of Article 59 of Law No. 5237

b) Those who are directors, members, supporters of a terrorist organization or managers, members or supporters of a profit-oriented criminal organization

c) Those who use false information and fake documents in the procedures for entry to Turkey, visa and residence permits

ç) Those who earn their living through illegal means during their stay in Turkey

d) Those that pose a threat to public order or public safety or public health

e) Those who exceed the visa or visa exemption period for more than ten days or whose visa has been cancelled.

f) Those whose residence permits have been revoked

g) Those who have a residence permit and violate the residence permit period for more than ten days without an acceptable justification as of the expiration of its term.

ğ) Those who are found to be working without a work permit
Those who violate the provisions of legal entry to or exit from Turkey or those who attempt to violate these provisions

ı) Those who are found to have come to Turkey despite the ban on entry to Turkey.

i) The right to stay in Turkey according to the other provisions of this Law after the final decision about those whose international protection application is rejected, excluded from international protection, whose application is considered inadmissible, whose application is withdrawn, whose international protection status is deemed to have been withdrawn or whose international protection status has expired or been cancelled. those who are absent

j) Among those whose residence permit extension applications are rejected, those who do not leave Turkey within ten days

k) Those who are considered to be related to terrorist organizations defined by international institutions and organizations.

(2) A deportation decision may be taken at every stage of international protection proceedings for international protection applicants or international protection status holders who are considered to be within the scope of subparagraphs (b), (d) and
(k) of the first paragraph of this article.
