Schedule: Flights depart every Wednesday and Saturday.

The Experience: Enjoy a smooth 5.5 to 6-hour flight on the Airbus A320.

Availability: This direct route is set to run through October 24, 2026.

Renting out property in Turkey? March is an important month for property owners.

📑 From March 1, rental income tax declarations for 2025 are open.
📅 Deadline: March 31, 2026.

🏠 If your annual rental income is 47,000 TL or less, you don’t need to file.
⚠️ If it exceeds this amount even by 1 TL, filing is required.

💰 Tax is calculated on a progressive scale — 15% to 40%.
Payment can be made in 2 installments:
• by March 31
• by July 31.

❗ For commercial properties (offices or shops), the tax-free threshold does not apply.
