s university education in Alanya and speaks English fluently. SHS has a lawyer associated firm, which advises the supervisor SHS. The lawyer also runs the owner associations' collection cases if there is a need. LOCATION

HOME SERVICE
We have divided into three types: Mini-Pack, Medi-pack and Maxi package. From the owner's needs, we adapt a tailored package. SHS is your security when you're in your home country and when you and your family are in your holiday home. We carry out control visit in your home open all windows, flush all water installations, control electric installations, air conditioning, empty your mailbox, pay your bills, any damage and what else you might wish us to do. Also we arrange transfers to the airport, cleaning of the apartment before you arrival, laundry and much more. Should there be a need for builders, we have some companies who are associated with SHS, so our customers get good service at a reasonable price. We are available for you, your family and possibly guests 24 hours a day. If SHS administration has in the property and all the apartments make a service package with SHS, it can achieve a good reduction in administration costs. ADMINISTRATION TASKS INCLUDE
• Constitution of owners association
• General Meetings
• The collection of subscriptions to the owners' association,
• Contact the Turkish authorities
• Employment and insurance of caretakers
• Connection with a lawyer
• Insurance (contents and / or property)
• Payment of communal fee ,
• Setting up bank accounts to the owners' association,
• Translation tasks (for an extra fee in Danish, English, German and Turkish)
• Plus many other tasks.
• All this is documented in a contract between the owners' association and SHS. SHS is working 100% under Turkish laws and regulations.
