I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Tunisian Mediation Association for selecting my book La Médiation : Manuel de l’Avocat and giving it the opportunity to be presented within the framework of the Médi@Lire Club on February 26. I warmly thank the student Fatma Mssoli for her thoughtful and structured presentation, which highlighted the growing importance of mediation in contemporary legal practice, particularly the complementary roles of the litigation lawyer and the mediation lawyer. My sincere thanks also go to the students and all participants whose interest and rich discussions made this reading session truly meaningful. Moments like these strengthen academic reflection and professional commitment, and they give me great confidence in the bright future of mediation in Tunisia.

I had the privilege of participating in the debate day organized by ICC Tunisia on a vital theme for businesses: conflict in mediation as an opportunity. Through a live simulation where I acted as the mediator, we demonstrated how tension, when properly guided, can shift from confrontation to constructive dialogue. The exercise illustrated that conflict, far from being a threat, can become a catalyst for clarity, alignment, performance, and meaningful transformation within organizations.
