Digital Marketing Executive (Work from Home)
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and grow our Travel & Tour business through digital platforms, online campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting travel services, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Content Marketing: Create and publish engaging content for travel packages, airport services, visa services, tour programs, flight tickets, and seasonal promotions across digital platforms.
⢠Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the companyâs social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other online channels while ensuring consistent brand presence.
⢠Digital Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns such as Meta Ads to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
⢠Creative Production: Create promotional posters, short videos, reels, and travel-related marketing materials. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors when required.
⢠Website & Online Presence: Update website content, promotional banners, blogs, and landing pages to support ongoing campaigns and promotions.
⢠Marketing Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, track travel industry trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
⢠Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Sales, Operations, and Tour Teams regarding available packages, promotions, pricing, and customer requirements to support business growth.
⢠Additional Support: Support seasonal campaigns, tourism exhibitions, special promotions, and other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

⢠Remote Ready: Ability to work independently, responsibly, and responsively in a work-from-home environment.
Preferred Experience
⢠Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing within the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
⢠Familiarity with Meta Ads, content creation, short-form video marketing, and social media campaign management.
⢠Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other marketing and design tools is an advantage.
⢠Ability to communicate in English and Burmese is preferred. Additional language skills are an advantage.
Working Hours & Conditions
⢠Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Home)
⢠Schedule (Myanmar Time):
â¢Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM â 5:00 PM
â¢Saturday: 9:00 AM â 1:00 PM
Note: Candidates must have a reliable computer/laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection. Occasional support outside standard working hours may be required during campaigns, urgent operations, or special promotions.
