Living Wills 🩺
Under Thai law, individuals residing in Thailand have the legal right to create a Living Will in accordance with Section 12 of the Health Act. This document allows individuals to preemptively express their wishes regarding the refusal of medical services aimed at avoiding undue hospital expenses and unnecessary pain and suffering, such as tracheotomy, CPR, a**l enemas, and similar procedures. The Living Will becomes effective in the event of incapacitation, such as being in a coma and unable to communicate. Furthermore, individuals have the option to designate a Healthcare Representative to act as their surrogate decision-maker and present the Living Will to the attending physician on their behalf. 🔍✨

ตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทยอนุญาตให้บุคคลที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทยทำ Living Wills ได้ (พรบ.สุขภาพ มาตรา 12) ซึ่งคุณสามารถจะแสดงเจตนาล่วงหน้าที่ไม่รับบริการทางการแพทย์ได้เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงค่าใช้จ่ายของโรงพยาบาลที่เกินมากเกินความจำเป็น และเพื่อเลี่ยงความเจ็บปวดทรมานที่คุณไม่ต้องการมัน เช่น การเจาะลำคอ การ CPR หรือการสวนทวาร เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้ Living Will จะมีผลบังคับใช้เมื่อคุณอยู่ในอาการโคม่า และไม่สามารถทำการสื่อสารใด ๆ ได้แล้ว โดยคุณสามารถแต่งตั้ง Healthcare Representative เพื่อเป็นคนดูแลคุณและนำ Living Will ของคุณแสดงต่อแพทย์ผู้รักษา🔍✨

🔖House-Masters, Owners, Possessors of Residences, or Hotel Managers are hereby informed that in accordance with the Immigration Act, B.E. 2522, Section 38, upon the entry of a foreigner granted temporary permission to stay in the Kingdom to a licensed dwelling such as Hotels, Guesthouses, Mansions, Apartments, Business Establishments, or General Rental Houses, it is incumbent upon the proprietor of said establishment or duly authorized representative to promptly notify the Immigration Bureau within 24 hours following the acceptance of said foreigner for accommodation. This notification must be conducted via the TM. 30 form.
Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in the imposition of fines for belated notification of foreigner accommodation, as prescribed by law. ✨✨

🔖เจ้าของบ้าน เจ้าของ ผู้ครองเคหะสถาน หรือ ผู้จัดการโรงแรม รู้หรือไหมว่าเมื่อต่างชาติที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราวได้เข้าพักอาศัยในเคหะสถานซึ่งได้แก่ โรงแรมที่ได้รับอนุญาตตาม พระราชบัญญัติโรงแรมฯและเกสเฮ้าส์ แมนชั่น อพาร์ตเม้นท์ สถานประกอบการหรือบ้านเช่าทั่วๆไป ให้เจ้าของเคหสถานดังกล่าว หรือมอบอำนาจให้บุคคลอื่นมาดำเนินการแทน เจ้าของบ้านเช่า หรือผู้ประกอบการ หรือมบุคคลที่ได้รับมอบอำนาจ มีหน้าที่ที่จะต้องแจ้งรับคนต่างด้าวเข้าพักอาศัยกับทางสำนักตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ตามพระราชบัญญัติตรวจคนเข้าเมือง พ.ศ. 2522 มาตรา 38 ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังจากที่รับต่างด้าวเข้าพักมาอาศัย ตามแบบ ตม. 30 หากแจ้งหลังจากระยะเวลาดังกล่าวท่านอาจโดนค่าปรับในการแจ้งรับต่างชาติเกินระยะเวลาได้ ✨✨
