คำถาม : สวัสดีครับ อยากทราบความแตกต่างระหว่างใบอนุญาตแบบ Single re-entry (ใช้สำหรับการเดินทางเข้า-ออก เพียงครั้งเดียว) และ Multiple re-entry (ใช้สำหรับการเดินทางเข้า-ออก ได้หลายครั้ง) ฉันชำระเงินจำนวน 3,800 บาท จะสามารถเข้า - ออกประเทศได้จำนวนกี่ครั้ง

คำตอบ : ใบอนุญาติแบบ Single re-entry ใช่สำหรับการเดินทางออกนอกประเทศได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ซึ่งคุณสามารถกลับเข้าประเทศไทยและใช้ใบอนุญาตที่คุณมีเพื่ออยู่ในประเทศ ส่วนใบอนุญาติแบบ Multiple re-entry ใช่สำหรับการเดินทางออกนอกประเทศได้โดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนการเดินทางในระหว่างที่ใบอนุญาตยังไม่หมดอายุ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น 30 วัน, 60 วัน, 90 วัน หรือ 365 วัน ทั้งนี้ Re-entry permit ไม่ว่าจะเป็นประเภท Single re-entry หรือ Multiple re-entry ไม่ได้ยืดเวลาใบอนุญาตในการอยู่ในประเทศ

Question: Hi, I am looking at the difference between a single re-entry and a multiple re-entry. I was wondering how many re-entries do I get with the 3,800 baht multiple re-entry?

Answer : The single re-entry permit is only valid for one trip abroad. It will allow you to return to Thailand and still utilize the permit to stay that you. The multiple re-entry permit allows you to travel in and out of Thailand multiple times and allows you to make unlimited trips abroad during the validity of your permit to stay whether it is 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or 365 days. The re-entry permit whether single or multiple re-entry does not prolong the validity of your permit to stay.

คำถาม : การอยู่เกินกำหนด 2-3 วัน จะมีผลกระทบต่อหนังสือเดินทางไหม และ ชื่อจะถูกส่งเป็นบัญชีดำที่สนามบินไหม? จำนวนวันที่สามารถอยู่เกินกำหนดนั้นได้มากที่สุดกี่วัน?

คำตอบ : กรณีอยู่เกินกำหนดน้อยกว่า 90 วัน โดยปราศจากการจับกุม จะถูกห้ามเข้าประเทศเป็นเวลา 1 ปี แต่ถ้าโดนจับกุม แม้คุณอยู่เกินกำหนดเพียง 2-3 วันแต่, จะถููกห้ามเข้าประเทศเป็นเวลา 5 ปี กรุณาหลีกเลี่ยงการกระทำดังกล่าว

Q : Would that few days of overstay count against my passport and put me into black list at the airport? What is the maximum days for each overstay?

A : Less than 90 days without arrest will be 1-year ban. But if you overstay even for few days with arrest, it will be 5-year ban so please avoid checkpoints.

How do i get a certified copy of my passport, can this be done at the embassy?

Answer:
Yes, this can be done at your respective embassy in Bangkok.

However if the purpose of certifying your passport is for Marriage in Thailand, you also need other documents to translate and legalize in order to proceed in the Marriage registration.

Question:

Hi, I believe if I am married to a Thai national, I need 40,000 income per month. My pension amounts to around 36,000 per month. Does this mean I cannot get a Thai marriage visa?

Answer:

You are still able to obtain the one year extension of a non-immigrant O visa or what we call marriage visa, as long as you have 400,000 baht savings in a Thai bank seasoned for at least 2 months at the time of application.

International Trade Without Distribution in Thailand
