It was an exceptional opportunity to engage with prospective legal talent, address thoughtful inquiries regarding career progression within a global legal practice, and discuss the skills required to navigate today's evolving legal landscape. The ambition, professionalism, and dedication demonstrated by the students were commendable.

เมื่อวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา Dentons Pisut ได้รับเกียรติทำหน้าที่เป็น Mentor ในการฝึกปฏิบัติวิชาสำนวนจำลองในชั้นสืบพยาน ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือครั้งสำคัญระหว่างสภาทนายความในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์และสถาบันพัฒนาข้าราชการฝ่ายตุลาการศาลยุติธรรม

ในนัดนี้ ทีม Mentor ของเราได้ร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ แนะนำกลยุทธ์ และติวเข้มทักษะในห้องพิจารณาคดีให้แก่ทนายความรุ่นใหม่ ในการลงสนามสืบพยานคดีแพ่งเสมือนจริงร่วมกับ ผู้ช่วยผู้พิพากษา รุ่นที่ 84 โดยเน้นย้ำทักษะสำคัญที่ต้องใช้ในสนามจริง ตั้งแต่การเตรียมสำนวนและการจัดวางพยานหลักฐานอย่างเป็นระบบ เทคนิคชั้นเชิงในการซักถามพยาน การถามค้าน และการถามติง ตลอดจนศิลปะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าต่อหน้าศาล ซึ่งกระบวนพิจารณาของทุกบัลลังก์ได้เสร็จสิ้นลงอย่างเข้มข้น และมีกำหนดนัดฟังคำพิพากษาจำลองในวันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2569 นี้

On 18 June 2026, Dentons Pisutwas honored to serve as mentors for the mock trial practical training session on witness examination. This landmark initiative is a collaboration between the Lawyers Council of Thailand under Royal Patronage and the Judicial Training Institute.

In this session, our team of mentors shared real-world experiences, guided strategies, and provided intensive courtroom skills coaching to next-generation lawyers. They engaged in a realistic civil mock trial alongside Judge Trainees (Class 84). The training emphasized vital courtroom skills needed in actual practice, ranging from systematic case preparation and evidence management, to advanced techniques in direct examination, cross-examination, and redirect examination, as well as the art of handling unexpected situations before the court. The proceedings across all courtrooms concluded intensively, with the mock judgments scheduled to be delivered on 4 August 2026.

Dentons Pisut is immensely privileged to act as mentors, passing on litigation expertise from the field to equip and elevate young legal professionals, while contributing to the advancement of Thailand's justice system toward its highest efficiency.

เมื่อวันที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ทีมทนายความของเราได้ร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้เข้าอบรมหลักสูตรทนายความมืออาชีพ รุ่นที่ 1 และ ผู้ช่วยผู้พิพากษา รุ่นที่ 84 ในการจำลองวันนัดชี้สองสถานเสมือนจริง เพื่อให้คนรุ่นใหม่เข้าใจกระบวนการยุติธรรมและบทบาทของกันและกันอย่างลึกซึ้ง

เรายินดีที่ได้ส่งต่อองค์ความรู้จากสนามจริง (Practical Insight) เพื่อร่วมยกระดับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพและขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการยุติธรรมไทยให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน

The session featured a realistic pre-trial conference (mock trial), allowing young legal professionals to understand each other's pivotal roles in the courtroom.
