1. Job Title: Senior Associate (Litigation & Dispute Resolution)
Position Type: Full-Time
Overview:
The Senior Associate position is a full-time role focused on drafting legal documents, managing litigation tasks, and representing clients in civil and criminal cases. Key responsibilities include preparing court documents, providing legal opinions, coordinating with clients, and supervising junior associates, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience and a lawyer license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Great proficiency in drafting legal documents in both Thai and English
• Good Skilled in using computer programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Canva
• Excellent ability to work under assigned deadlines, coordinate effectively as well as collaborate well with others
• Responsible for and in charge of court proceedings
• Preparing and drafting legal and/or court documents for litigation
• Providing legal opinions
• Representing clients in civil, criminal, and other assigned cases
• Coordinating with and giving advice to clients and other relevant parties
• Managing litigation tasks
• Drafting, reviewing and revising contracts
• Supervising and training junior associates and associates in the team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
• Possess Lawyer license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in both civil and criminal litigation

Position Type: Full-Time
