The New Normal, how do you cope with change?

We keep up with our regular schedule as much as possible! We eat out (or order in) once a week since the lockdown is over, go for a walk in the park outdoor exercise while staying safe wearing masks and keep a safe distance (hand sanitizer in our pocket of course), and try to support our friends and their businesses. How are you coping with the new normal? Are you using this time to learn or sell anything? Let us know in the comments!

Support our local community and neighborhood.
We’re so fortunate to have work that we’re passionate about, to be able to choose what to eat each day and to have a safe place to rest each night, but there are many of us in need of help and support who lack the things we take for granted. We reached out and donated books, clothes and everyday supplies to less fortunate families via Second Chance Bangkok. If you have room to give, this is a good time to support the local community.

What is the best time for shooting?

For any types of exterior shots of real estate, we recommend shooting either at golden hour (just before sunrise or sunset) or during twilight in order to capture your property in the best light. The same applies for interiors with views that should be highlighted.

The direction your unit is facing will determine the best time to take pictures, however, you can rest assured that we are able to shoot at any time of day as our process covers a mix of manual exposure blending and flash photography resulting in perfect exposures every time.

Most marketers will tell you that they key to selling a product is selling the idea of the product. Whether it be tying a product to an appealing lifestyle, showcasing how much more convenient life can be with a product, or how significant the product is to a specific interest – the story of the product will sell it better than anything.
As photographers, we are tasked with creating the story, the ambience, and the world in which the product will reside. As such, try to capture as much of a tale in your shot as possible. This is where your creativity and vision will really shine.
