MSC International Law Office Joins Numéro Thailand’s 15th Anniversary Charity Celebration

Khun Sawita Suwansawat, Managing Partner, together with members of the MSC team, was pleased to attend the Numéro Thailand 15th Anniversary in Collaboration with Kongju Korean Restaurant and NIDA with DAD for Education Charity Celebration, held on 26 August 2026 at Pathumwan Princess Hotel.

The celebration marked 15 years of Numéro Thailand, with part of the event proceeds donated to the Graduate School of Public Administration (GSPA), NIDA, to support education.

MSC was pleased to support this occasion and join fellow guests and partners in celebrating Numéro Thailand’s 15th anniversary while contributing to an initiative that supports education and social development.

MSC International Law Office is pleased to extend our warmest congratulations to T.A.C. Consumer Public Company Limited (TACC) on its successful closing of the acquisition of a 30% stake in Betterbeam Food Company Limited (Betterbeam), the brand owner of the popular Thai tea brand “Everyday Thai Tea” (ฉันจะกินชาเย็นทุกวัน), with a total investment value of THB 45 million (approximately USD 1.35 million).

This investment builds upon TACC’s core expertise in tea, coffee, and lifestyle beverages, seamlessly expanding its role from a trusted B2B developer into a high-growth B2C brand market. By joining forces with Betterbeam across its 27 branches, this strategic synergy creates a powerful new growth engine for Thailand’s beverage industry while laying the groundwork for international expansion.

It was our great honor to represent and advise TACC as legal counsel throughout this strategic transaction, leading the drafting and negotiation of key transaction agreements, including the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), Share Subscription Agreement (SSA), Shareholders’ Agreement (SHA), and related closing arrangements.

On 30 June 2026, the MSC International Law Office team had the pleasure of participating in the seminar, "Setting Up a Business in Thailand: A Guide for Foreign Investors," organised by the Thai-Hong Kong Trade Association in collaboration with the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Bangkok, Invest Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

Our Partner, Khun Nattaya Tantirangsi, was invited to serve as a special guest speaker for Session 2: "Tax & Compliance Essentials." During the session, she shared practical insights into the key tax, legal, and regulatory considerations for foreign investors establishing and operating businesses in Thailand, covering compliance obligations, practical regulatory matters, and common issues that businesses should address from the outset.

We were delighted by the strong engagement from entrepreneurs, investors, and business executives throughout the seminar.
