คดีแพ่งทั่วไป General civil case
บอกกล่าว ทวงถาม เร่งรัดหนี้สิน Notice, request and speed up the payment of debt
♠ ค่าโนติ๊ส ร้อยละ 1 ของทุนทรัพย์ที่เรียก แต่ไม่น้อยกว่า 3,000 บาท The service cost for notice is 1% of the requested money but not less than 3,000 baht
♠ ค่าดำเนินการเร่งรัดหนี้สิน ร้อยละ 30 – 50 ของจำนวนหนี้ The debt payment speeding up is 30-50% of the amount of debt
การบังคับคดี Case ex*****on
♠ ค่าใช้จ่ายและค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่จ่ายจริง The expense and the fee is according to the actual paid amount
♠ ค่าดำเนินการ ร้อยละ 10-30 ของจำนวนเงินที่ได้รับชำระหนี้ The operation cost is 10-30% of the amount of the debt payment received

♠ ขอคุ้มครองชั่วคราว ทุกคดี เพิ่มจากค่าบริการเดิม 10,000 บาท Injunction in every case, the service cost will be increased from the original cost for 10,000 baht
♠ ขอคุ้มครองชั่วคราวฉุกเฉิน เพิ่มจากเดิม 20,000 บาท Emergency injunction, the service cost will be increased from the original for 20,000 baht

♠ ฟ้อง / แก้ฟ้อง มีทุนทรัพย์ 30,000 บาท และร้อยละ 15 ของทุนทรัพย์ Petition/petition revision with capital of 30,000 baht and 15% of the capital.
คดีปกครอง Administrative case
♠ ฟ้อง ไม่มีทุนทรัพย์ 30,000 บาท Petition with no case capital, the service cost is 30,000 baht
♠ ฟ้อง มีทุนทรัพย์ 50,000 บาท และร้อยละ 15 ของทุนทรัพย์ Petition with case capital of 50,000 baht, the service cost is 15% of the case capital.
อุทธรณ์ ฏีกา คดีแพ่ง Appeal or appeal to the supreme court a civil case
♠ ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าส่งหมาย ชั้นอุทธรณ์ ฎีกา ตามความเป็นจริง The fee, the notice sending of the appeal and supreme court level is according to the actual amount.
♠ ค่าวิชาชีพ ร้อยละ 10 แต่ไม่ต่ำกว่า 30,000 บาท The professional cost is 10% but not less than 30,000 baht
♠ กรณี โจทก์ – จำเลย มากกว่าหนึ่งคน เพิ่มจำเลยละ 10,000 บาท In the case there is more than one plaintiff-defendant, the cost will be increased 10,000 baht per one defendant.
♠ อุทธรณ์ – ฎีกา คำสั่งต่างๆ 20,000 บาท Appeal - Appeal to the supreme court of the various orders, the service cost is 20,000 baht
คดีอาญา Criminal Case
เป็นโจทก์ / โจทก์ร่วม คดีอาญา To be the prosecutor/co-prosecutor in a criminal case
♥ ฟ้องอาญา พรบ.เช็ค 50,000 บาท และร้อยละ 15 ของจำนวนเงินในเช็ต Prosecute according to the Check Act, the service cost is 50,000 baht and 15% of the amount in the check
♥ ฟ้องอาญา ดูหมิ่น หมิ่นประมาท 30,000 บาท และร้อยละ 15 ของค่าเสียหาย Prosecute in the case of slandering, the service cost is 30,000 baht and 15% of the damage cost.
♥ ฟ้องอาญาอื่นๆ 100,000 ขึ้นไป แล้วแต่กรณี Prosecute other criminal cases for 100,000 baht and over as the case may be.
♥ เป็นโจทก์ร่วม 50,000 ขึ้นไป แล้วแต่กรณี To be co-prosecutor, the service cost is 50,000 baht and over as the case may be.
♥ คำร้องต่างๆ ในคดีอาญา 20,000 บาท The various requests in a criminal case, the service cost is 20,000 baht
♥ ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าส่งหมาย ค่าพยาน ค่าเดินทาง –ที่พัก ตามประเด็น ค่าตรวจพิสูจน์ จ่ายตามจริง

♥ ต่อสู้คดีอัตราโทษ เกินกว่า 10 ปี 200,000 บาท / จำเลย Litigation with the punishment more than 10 years, the service cost is 200,000 baht/defendant
♥ ต่อสู้คดีอัตราโทษ ตลอดชีวิต ประหารชีวิต 300,000 บาท / จำเลย Litigation with the punishment of life imprisonment or death sentence, the service cost is 300,000 baht/defendant
อุทธรณ์ ฎีกา ทูลเกล้าฯ คดีอาญา Appeal and appeal to the Supreme Court and present the case to HM the king.
♥ อุทธรณ์ – ฎีกา ขอให้ศาลรอการลงโทษ 30,000 บาท / จำเลย Appeal- Appeal to the supreme court for probation, the service cost is 30,000 baht/defendant

♥ อุทธรณ์ – ฎีกา คดีอัตราโทษ ตลอดชีวิต ประหารชีวิต 200,000 บาท / จำเลย Appeal - Appeal to the Supreme Court with the punishment of life sentence and death sentence, the service cost is 200,000 baht/defendant
♥ ทูลย์เกล้าฯ ขอพระราชทานอภัยโทษ แล้วแต่กรณี To present the case to HM the King to request amnesty as the case may be.

นิติกรรม สัญญา Juristic act and contract
♥ ตรวจ - ร่าง สัญญาภาษาไทย ในสำนักงาน 5,000 บาท Verifying-drafting Thai contract inside the office, the service cost is 5,000 baht.

♦ ค่าปรึกษากฎหมายและคดีความ รายเดือน ในสำนักงาน 10,000 บาท / เดือน Monthly legal and case consultation inside the office, the service cost is 10,000 baht/month
♦ ค่าปรึกษากฎหมายและคดีความ รายเดือน นอกสำนักงาน 20,000 บาท / เดือน Monthly legal and case consultation outside the office, the service cost is 20,000 baht/month
♦ ค่าปรึกษากฎหมายและคดีความ รายปี ในสำนักงาน 100,000 บาท / ปี Yearly legal and case consultation inside the office, the service cost is 100,000 baht/year
