Comprehensive steps for disarmament strategies:
I- strategies before disarmament commencement.
A- formation of awareness committees: Intellectuals,Community Chiefs.
To make this awareness reach the target point,it needs influential chiefs that their voices are heard in their respective communities. They shall reach out awareness that praising voluntarily disarmament in the Community. And this must lecture the negativities of possessing of arms inner armed civilians,benefits of peace and development in the country. And this shall be taken out by intellectuals in those committees.
B. Retraining of security forces:
army, police, national security and others concerning organized forces. This shall be for the purpose of proper organization of forces that addresses military doctrine, military discipline, obedience of high command directions. The training must commence good behaviour that respects Laws of land during disarmament, international Laws of humanity, Human Rights.
C. Approval of adequate budget that need involvement of both houses: executive, legislative. And this can be introduced well by allotting sources of support for inclusive disarmament in the country.
E. Assessment of owned arms inner armed civilians. This shall be done by Chiefs. After that assessment,the sum of money should be offered for each of different type of weapon owning by those armed civilians.
II - Strategies During Disarmament:
After preliminary strategies that push for comprehensive arms gathering fully deployment of trained security forces shall reach out at once with unified directions from private operation Zone in General Head Quarters, the army( security forces) shall carry modernized equipment that will eradicate any more fatality that may occurred during disarmament or any opposing force from armed civilians and this shall be addressed professionally without any more victim on armed civilians side.
After development of security forces into targeted zones then they shall wait green light from private operation zone in GHDs. Henceforth, the senior commander of POZ in GHDs, shall presses order of inclusive disarmament in countrywide and this must takes action at once with respective monitoring by the State Security Council, High Command. presided by the head of Security Council in the State.
III -Strategies after disarmament:
All gathered arms shall be brought into specialized areas with supervision of State Security Council, High Command. After finishing arms gathering the devastation of gathered arms must be taken into action no arms should be stored all gathered weapons must be sabotaged and burn.
Then, the regulations( code of conducts)of Armed Forces shall be revised inorder to preserve the equipment of these forces with modern arms and no arm shall be allowed to go back into civilians' custody.
With above mentioned steps if the concerning positions made it with professional manner, we would enjoy Sustainable development, security stability in secure environment. Everyone will be busy on his/her business. Digital life will be there, food security will be there.
