Personal opinion on the recent resignation , by Daffir Jam Comedy
🚨🚨 MY HUMBLE COMMENT ON THE RECENT RESIGNATION FROM THE PAYINJIAR INTER-PAYAM PEACE TOURNAMENT 2026 ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
My dear people of Panyijiar, one question continues to come to my mind: Why do we always fail to do what is necessary for our community?
For a long time, we have been talking about the Payinjiar Inter-Payam Peace Tournament 2026. This tournament is supposed to bring our young people together, promote peace, unity, and friendship, and showcase the talents of our community. Unfortunately, we continue to hear about disagreements, leadership challenges, resignations, and other internal problems.
Where is our unity as the people of Panyijiar?
When we look at other communities, we see them organizing successful tournaments, promoting their youth, supporting their leaders, and working together toward a common goal. Why should we always be left behind because of internal disagreements?
This is not the time to blame one person or celebrate the failure of others. This is the time to sit down, talk to each other, solve our differences, and move forward as one community.
To our leaders and organizers, leadership is not always easy. When you become a leader, you must be prepared for criticism, misunderstandings, insults, and even people talking behind your back. But, a strong leader must learn how to remain calm, listen to different opinions, control emotions, and focus on the bigger picture.
Leadership is a responsibility, and sometimes leadership requires patience and sacrifice.
At the same time, our community members should also learn to respect and support those who volunteer their time and energy to serve Panyijiar. We can not expect development, peace, or successful events if we continuously fight the very people trying to organize them.
My humble appeal to the people of Panyijiar is this:
LET US STOP FAILING EACH OTHER.
LET US STOP DIVIDING OURSELVES.
LET US STOP DESTROYING WHAT WE CAN BUILD TOGETHER.
The Payinjiar Inter-Payam Peace Tournament should not belong to one person or one group. It belongs to all of us.
If we continue failing while other communities are progressing, then we must honestly ask ourselves: What is the problem? Where is our unity?
🤝 UNITY IS OUR STRENGTH.
⚽ PEACE IS OUR GOAL.
👥 YOUTH ARE OUR FUTURE.
🐅 PANYIJIAR MUST RISE TOGETHER.
As Africans say: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
PANYIJIAR, LET US COME TOGETHER AND OVERCOME THESE CHALLENGES AS ONE COMMUNITY.
