The Legal Rights of Parties in a Divorce that people miss due to ignorance of the laws.

Divorce is painful, but the laws are designed to make it fair. People who go through a bitter divorce or who struggle financially after their marriage has been dissolved often complain that the divorce courts are unfair to them. For example, they might feel that it is unfair they have to pay so much child support while their ex, who has remarried, spends so much more time with the children and has so much decision-making power over them. You Have the Right to Alimony While Your Divorce Is Pending.

You Have the Right to a Relationship with Your Children.

The court will approve a parenting plan setting a schedule for when the children are with which parent. If your ex-spouse wants to move out of state with the children, they must notify you, and if you object, the court will decide whether your ex can move. If the court approves the move, it will issue a new parenting plan with details about when you will see the children and who will transport them.

You Have the Right to Child Support Payments
Children, not ex-spouses, are the beneficiaries of child support payments. The formula for calculating child support payments is complex, but its goal is to ensure that the children have the same standard of living at both parents’ houses.

Why do lawyers need to exist?!
If you want to know the reason, all you have to do is listen in a lawyer's office to the owner of the case, presenting his case to his lawyer, and then listen to the case itself after that from the lawyer in the court yard, presenting it and discussing his views on it.

What hard work did the lawyer do during that time?
Understanding what the owner of the case said, speculating what she kept silent about, inferiorating the important, dismissing the trivial, dedicating the history of the lawsuit from the reality of its documents, explaining the reasons, making arguments, and justifying errors, all of this is done by the lawyer while presenting the facts, clarifying the mysterious points and filling the missing gaps, and sometimes success between the opposing parties is done by the lawyers during His interpretation of the freed contracts between the plaintiffs, analysis of the legal principles and search for previous provisions that have been decided by the same principles in the past, commenting on them, reconciliation between them and their application to the dispute presented, is done by the lawyer when discussing the legal side of the case....
Sigh! How much does the judiciary suffer if they are left face to face with the defendants!

Only when you are a lawyer will you meet all layers of society and your confusion will be as volatile as the weather.

Only when you are a lawyer you will forget how many meals you have to eat a day and you will try to lower your blood pressure.

You will run in the courtroom in panic of missing a hearing and your hair will turn gray as you wait for a file for your turn in the hearing.

When you are a lawyer, you will not spend your life waking up every day to repeat what you did yesterday. There is always something new to discover.

Only when you are a lawyer can you be a doctor, an informant, a counselor and a psychoanalyst, your endurance will increase, you will achieve an advanced position in the enemy, and suddenly you will become a multi-specialty hospital.

Only when you are a lawyer, you will meet hundreds of people who think you are a mobile law library. You can't stand the odds. They will ask you everything and wait for an answer about everything and expect you to be hurt in everything.

Only when you are a lawyer, you will live actions; half of your life will be enjoyable and the other half looking for pleasure.

Never leave your husband because of side chics, we’re never satisfied with one woman. See the consequences.

You left your husband because he was cheating.

You have a kid or two.

So you divorced because you were so pained.

You left.

With the kids.

You started working hard to cater for your needs. You work so hard, but it isn't enough.

To meet up with the growing economic demands, you find a wealthy man. He is rich. You dont care. You need to pay fees for your kids as a strong, independent woman. You need to prove that it can be done. So you're dating a wealthy married man.
You are now a side chic.

Then, you begin to think of the side chics your husband has and why he has them.

You do not even question the morality. You begin to understand why. Maybe they've got kids too. Mouths to feed, life to live.

It doesn't make sense still.

So you call the married man when he is home, and he hides to shout at you for wanting to disturb his peace with his "wife" as you ought to know when he is home.

You think of your hurts.

You think of your consolation.

At least you had a husband who was fully yours. He cheats, but he was fully yours.

So you attempt to find out what is going on with him now, but he is married again to a younger woman.

After you make contact, he comes to visit you and the kids. He drops some money once a while. The new wife is in charge now...

You connect on old times. You even had s*x.

He leaves to his house to his wife. You're now dating two married men. Both of them are cheating on their wives.

And then you say life wasn't fair to you.

As bad as this may sound, it happens. It is the reality of our time.

Wise people learn from the mistakes of others.

Don't leave ur peaceful abode (marriage) because he cheats.

How to be Smart in Arguments.

1. Stay calm. Even if you get passionate about your point you must stay cool and in command of your emotions.

2. Use facts as evidence for your position. Facts, statistics, and quotes from credible sources and people are useful tools to deploy in support of your case.

3. Ask questions. If you can ask the right questions, you can stay in control of the discussion and make your opponent scramble for answers.

4. Use logic. Show how one idea follows another. Build your case and use logic to undermine your opponent.

5. Listen carefully. Do not so much focus on what to say and ignore the points of others. It is better to listen carefully. You will observe weaknesses and flaws in their position and sometimes you will hear something new and informative.

6. Be prepared to concede a good point. Don’t argue every point for the sake argument.

7. Study your opponent. Know their strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, and values. You will understand why they are making their points and position. Use the knowledge to decide if it worth proceeding with the arguments or giving it up if it doesn’t worth the stress and energy.

8. Look for a win-win. Be open-minded to a compromise position that accommodates your main points and some of your opponent’s.

9. Do not take it personal. Direct attacks on your opponent’s lifestyle, integrity or honesty should be avoided. Attack the issue not the person.

10. Do not get distracted. Your opponent may try to throw you off balance by introducing new and extraneous themes. You must be firm and avoid deviating to something else.
