Leaders globally including Uganda are supposed to set precedence in respecting laws. That is the first thing that qualifies one to be a leader. The corner stone of rule of law is “leading by example in respecting the laws” This includes largely keeping laws as they are but not tinkering with it to benefit or protect themselves or groups of people.

So ask your selves, do our leaders respect laws?
