It’s been 9 years when I ROCK-ed my REASONS to get out of my rut.
Im ravishing my RESULTS
It’s not about weight loss. It’s not about looking good. These will come as a result. You’ve got to dig deeper than vanity and superficial motivation.
My focus and intention and deeper stronger motivation was keeping fit and healthy for my family so they wont suffer by having to take care of me! As i age, i know id be the ultimate benefactor. My deep joy is in sharing such finesse as a mom and wife with my girls and my hubby and my friends and clients.
Once you get your reasons and intentions right, your journey will be pumped with discipline to get it done everyday, naturally. No second thoughts.
Wake, move and do it. The moment REASONS to not do, starts creeping in, your brain has to learn to F**K it off!
REASONS OR RESULTS - you choose to give yourself which one?
I ROCK-ed my bad habit loops of bad food choices, taking on too much roles, sleeping late, scrolling mindlessly.
Chose to put phones aside for deep work.
What is ROCK 🪨 for me everyday ?
R-esist the Reason not to do
O-vercome the bad habits
C-hallenge myself into action
K-ill the bad habits by keeping consistent with new actions to get out of the loop
New good routines and habits form to better yourself into better production and a happier n more successful life!
