Having dealt with many Estate Cases before, the type of this kind which the demise occurred in the unit itself, does has its set of challenge.
Received more than 50 enquires over an almost 2 months period, more than 2/3 were concerned simply because of - โPantangโ (superstitious). We do have a couple of buyers who came for 2nd viewing, but backed out due to objections from families due to this reason. ๐ฅน
But hard work does pay off. We eventually found a sincere buyer who gave a genuine offer and the rest is history. โบ๏ธโบ๏ธ
