Not every listing is an exclusive, nor is everyday a Sunday 😂

So grateful to have sold this unit above valuation despite having a competing listing agent.

Reminding myself that hard work does pay off! The effort taken to properly edit the same pictures given to both agents was worth it.

And not to mention, the first resale 1BR in Trilinq that did not sell for a loss 🙌🏼

Now, onto finding a larger replacement home!
