Seasoned agents in the industry may know Marcus is the Chief Operating Officer in ERA, but many younger associates may not be aware that he left ERA before in search of greener pastures, only to realise life is not a bed of roses out there.
After achieving the Top Rookie award in first year of joining ERA and becoming Overall Top Achiever within two years, he felt he was stagnant and in need of a new breakthrough. Although he has the formula to succeed as an individual, he realised the industry lacks a TRUE LEADER who can show striving agents the right DIRECTION.
He returned to ERA in 2005 with ONE goal in mind – to make ERA a SAFE HAVEN for SUCCESS. ERA has risen from its humble roots to international success, thanks to the wisdom of CEO Jack Chua, and his ability to lead a powerful Leadership Team. Marcus feels it is a great pleasure working alongside COO Doris Ong and KEO Eugene Lim, flanked by his two amazing Chief Agency Directors Kevin Lim and Gary Lau, and supported by his 200-strong respected Division Directors.
