Takbir Muqayyad is the special takbir recited after our obligatory prayers during the blessed days of Eidul Adha. We recite it to glorify Allah, remember His greatness, and reflect on the sacrifice, obedience, and unwavering faith that we should have towards Him.

Thank you very much Masjid for giving me the opportunity to lead the prayers during this blessed days. Alhamdulillah! And thank you my beloved Ustaz and my jannah buddy for all your guidance that has led me to be here. Allahumma Barik!

Eidul Adha Mubarak to all my family, friends, and all Muslims celebrating this blessed occasion !

Started the day with Solat Eidul Adha in the morning, followed by visiting my late father’s grave, then spending some time with my mother before ending the day doing what my children love most, swimming and enjoying precious family time together. Alhamdulillah for moments like these.

On this blessed day, we remember the sacrifice, faith, and unwavering obedience of Prophet Nabi Ibrahim A.S. May we continue to strengthen our iman, show kindness to one another, and always place our trust in Allah SWT.

May Allah forgive all our sins, accept all our du’as, ease all our affairs, and grant us the best of the best in this dunia and the akhirah. Amin ya Rabbal Alamin 🤲🏻

Alhamdulillah, another award for 2025. Once again, Top 10%.

This one means a lot.

2025 wasn’t easy. There were challenges, tough moments, and times where things didn’t go as planned. But through it all, I’m grateful I was still able to pull through and help my clients achieve their goals, move forward, and progress in their real estate journey.

More than any award, this consistency is a reflection of something far more important, the trust and faith my clients have placed in me.

To every single client who believed in me, supported me, and allowed me to be part of your journey…
thank you from the bottom of my heart.

And of course, all praise to Allah SWT.

Alhamdulillah! What a way to start 2026! Bagged 5 awards! Mashaa Allah!

All this would only have been possible with the blessings of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, the prayers of my mother and my wife , and the constant support of my family.

I am deeply grateful for the guidance of my leaders and , the strength of my team , and most importantly, the trust and faith that my clients have placed in me.
