Edited from true story, and of course we are not saying that project A is not good. Just that after seeing the layout of the unit, our buyer asked if can compare the layout for project B first before making the decision

HDB cooling measures lifted finally after 4 years !! Since 2022 Sept private properties owner need to wait 15 months before they can buy HDB resale

This has caused many private properties owners to consider if they should rightsize their home due to the inconvenience of moving to a rental place and of course the rent expenses as well.

With immediate effect, if you sold your private properties and considering to buy a hdb resale , you have the option to buy straight away !!

That being said, please don’t rush into any sale first, consider your finances and options before making the decision ahead as HDB resale have a 5 years MOP to take note.

22/2954 units in Lentor sold for now, that’s 99.2% take up rate. With 499 more units coming in for Lentor gardens, we believe the take up rate for this project will do well too due to the demand now for new launch project in Singapore.

When most are buying, it’s when we may be complacent and feel
【买到就是赚到】 bit with so many units here and all are relatively new, how’s the exit gonna be like when you may want to cash out in future ?

Not sure if Lentor garden is for you , or if any other projects in Singapore with similar budget may be worthy to consider as well ?

Lentor garden previews tomorrow 4th July . The 7th plot in Lentor region with the lowest land costs, does this mean it’s automatically a safe buy ?

Still depends on nearby market analysis , your floorplan and unit type to be sure

Holding period may be slightly longer due to many new units in this cluster to take note too
