Thomson Reserve X Rechard Tan
= TRRT 😄😆

This MV comes with lots of surprises and gratitude for us. Didn’t expect one day there would actually be a new launch acronym that’s same as my name 😬, and also to be able to get the support from our friends and clients to cameo for this MV too.

Though it’s only 49s MV, actually Took us 6 separate days to film the different segments locations including the mrt stations and with them as well, as in between we have to prioritize our clients’ sale and purchase journey with us too.

1268 units spanned over 6 blocks, will this mega new launch that’s revamped from a previous iconic building in Thomson area suits your new home ?

Reach out to us for floorplans and preview appointments 😊

When I hear boutique projects for the first time, my concern would be if the capital appreciation and future resale would be more challenging due to lesser unit count and potentially lesser resale transactions ?

That’s a valid concern and I was very focused in this aspect, until now when I’m staying in boutique project myself I get to appreciate in a different light, and it’s no longer about the money aspect anymore if emotional well being is something that’s more cherished.

Boutique projects gives the tranquility and peacefulness that mass market projects can’t deliver, and as long as you are staying with your preferred life partner/lifestyle, the memories created are more significant to be cherished, and the fact that since it’s freehold you do not have to worry about lease decay concern in any case the market slows down anytime

Finishings for Hillshore can be higher in quality and the brands provided, especially V-Zug which are not commonly found in mass market projects, ensuring a higher living satisfaction quality too.

Entry price wise, for RCR district 5 project that’s asking from $22xx psf, in today’s market where new projects are already crossing $3000 psf mark, the gap can be pretty significant as well.

If you are someone who values privacy and more defensive approach in private real estate ownership, this may be worthy to consider as an option.

Uncle Rojak tries to do MV to showcase his home at Tampines blk 915 for sale 😅🤣

Amenities definitely a plus for this location. MRT, coffee shops , shopping Malls , primary schools all within reach.

Not the latest design decor for this unit but it’s well maintained and relatively good condition, if you are considering to possibly reduce your renovation costs this may be suitable match.
