On 3Dec20, the government released the confirmed sites under Government Land Sales (GLS) programme for the first half of 2021.

For the residential space, the confirmed sites can yield 7,045 private residential units.

Four sites in this GLS programme are new:
On the Confirmed List :
✅ Two parcels at Slim Barracks Rise in one-north
On the Reserve List :
✅ One at Jalan Tembusu, off Mountbatten Road,
✅ Another at Tampines Street 62

Property and hospitality group Roxy-Pacific is acquiring the freehold residential site.

At 217-223A Guillemard Road and 1-21A Jalan Molek, total land area is about 3,450sqm and is near the Aljunied and Mountbatten MRT stations.

Near this new site, Roxy-Pacific is also the developer for Arena Residences, a freehold condominium.
In the vicinity is Macly Group's recently launched NoMa.

Prices have not changed materially and the adverse impact on demand is likely due to the economic headwinds, rising unemployment and wage cuts affecting buyers in this category.
