1️⃣ Bank loan interest rate for max loan calculations from 3.5% now is 4%, or bank packages rates whichever higher.

2️⃣ HDB HLE loan calculations from 2.6% now is 3%

3️⃣ HDB Loan LTV reduced from 85% to 80%

4️⃣ Private Property owner must wait out 15 months before they can buy non-subsided HDB flat. Exempted for buyer 55 years old and above buying 4 room or smaller HDB.

For non-residential Properties
Bank loan interest rate for max loan calculations increased from 4.5% to 5% or bank packages rates, whichever higher.
