Sharing a quick HDB market update that I thought might be useful.

HDB resale prices have now dipped for 3 consecutive quarters in 2026:

🔻 Q1: -0.1%
🔻 Q2: -0.3%
🔻 Q3: -0.2%

We seen valuation in some places increase and some stagnant.

The movements are still small at the moment so there is no cause for panic…

But I encourage all my friends to do a self check on your home value online so you can track it on your own.
