🌟PropNex Annual Awards 2026🌟

2025 was never easy with countless rejections, tough conversations, and moments where things didn’t go as planned. Deals fell through, expectations didn’t match, and some days really tested my patience and belief.

Through it all, I am extremely grateful to have achieved Top 3%, 372th out of 14,### agents at our PropNex Annual Convention Awards.

Because of the trust and support from all of you — my clients, friends, and those who referred your loved ones to me — I was able to push through and reach this milestone.

I’m truly thankful for every opportunity given to me. Whether it was a successful deal, a referral, or even just a conversation — it all means a lot.

This achievement is not just mine, it belongs to everyone who believed in me along the way especially those whom have lent a helping hand.

Moving into 2026, I’ll continue to do my best to serve with sincerity and integrity, and help more families make the right property decisions.

Helping friends achieve their property goals has always been extra meaningful and fulfilling for me.

Another happy upgrade story! 🏡✨

Just helped one of my good friends sell their home and upgrade to a bigger place for their growing family.

• Sold his unit for $168,000 higher than a similar lower-floor unit
• Successfully negotiated $200,000 below the asking price for his new home

That’s the power of the right pricing strategy, marketing and negotiation.

Most people think upgrading is stressful and complicated, but with proper planning and negotiation, it can actually be a very smooth and rewarding process.

Feeling grateful and excited! 🎉

I recently had the pleasure of helping a very good buddy of mine - someone I’ve known for nearly 30 years to sell his 4-room flat. We managed to achieve a stunning sale price of over $1.1 million, one of the highest transactions in that estate!

Even better? With the profit from the sale, he was able to upgrade to a private property without having to spend extra cash. Not only did he get a much bigger home for his family, but it’s also a property with strong potential for future capital appreciation.

Being able to help my friends and clients achieve all these is what keeps me motivated always and makes my job so rewarding. 🏡✨

Met this lovely family 2 weeks ago, and they were feeling rather confused and uptight because they have actually sold their house last year and have yet to purchase their replacement home till now.

They mentioned that their previous agent after selling their house, was not able to provide them with the essential knowledge and advice to navigate the market at the current high price, hence they were unable to find a replacement home that really fit their needs and financial objectives, and have missed out many opportunities and even have to pay a higher price one year later today.

Am glad to have helped them understand the market sentiments and outlook today, and found a undervalued property that fit both their family needs and financial goals.

Most importantly they are able to purchase it comfortably and happily and can finally remove this load off their mind now 😍
