22.7.23 Double Kill at Cairnhill Rise. So why this is noteworthy? About a month ago our lovely clients rang us up and told me they are friends of close clients whom we’ve helped upgrade. So we drop in the same day, check out their home, drum up game plan, look at finances, you know the works. They tell us what they wanna see happen to their portfolio in the near future we say this is how we’re gonna get you there. *Massive fast forward, so much details compressed in between is missing here but anyway* We race against time and GOD seems to always test our mettle in situations like these. Two days before we get an offer that we can work with we see the units count drop to 3. I know its real! I sold the one before, like i was there so the hype is not made up. What happens in the next 48hrs.. I cant sleep and i lose my appetite agonising over, if we lose this, its because we weren’t fast enough😭. And believe me, I’ve lost out on good units personally before and that pain is not something i wish on anybody let alone people who have put their blood money in our hands. With this duty, I look up to the Sky and ask Heaven if it be our lords will show us a sign, i say. We’ve done this before, why should ur grace be any different.. these are good people. Dont let me let them down, Lord. Then as if God where there himself, once more by a hair we slip pass the closing gates of opportunity as an opposing buyer sets eyes on our unit. And it takes the whole team, developers, Ic, myself and buyers to connect the deal just before the other party, returns with their commitment just a fraction later. So,Ladies and gentlemen, when buying homes, please never forget. Once the almighty gives the green light you, pull the trigger, seal the deal and never look back. Because i kid u not, Snoozing = loosing. So, once fundamentals are in place, you can only trust the process and laugh to the bank and let your position do its thing soundly according to the playbook.
