Jokes aside, whenever a client asks me about my track record, it instantly takes me back to 2010.
I had zero experience and an empty portfolio. Yet, people still handed me the trust to help with one of the biggest financial decision in their lives. When I asked them then why they took a chance on me, their answer was always the same - I came across as earnest and trustworthy. 🥰
But I always believe that... trust only gets your foot in the door; solving complex problems is what keeps you in the room.
From 2010 to 2015, I earned a very specific reputation - I was known as the "💩 Case Agent." 🤣
Every two days, I was in the group chats, relentlessly badgering my mentors and senior leaders with questions about one complicated situation or another.
I am endlessly grateful to the seniors and mentors who shared their wealth of knowledge and experience, because that walk through fire changed everything. 🔹
Today, every client’s case is still distinctly different. But because I waded through all those "impossible" situations early on, navigating complex timelines, restructuring portfolios, and negotiating tough deals doesn't feel like work anymore—it just feels like instinct. 😎
These days, when my own agents come to me stressed out about their tough, complicated cases, I tell them this:
