I’ve spoken to countless recruits over the years, the fears are always the same —stepping into the unknown and living without a stable, regular income.

But at the end of the day, it always comes back to the boring basics:
Staying cool and calm.
Keeping a daily routine and Show up consistently.
Serve every client with a genuine heart.

There’s nothing glamorous about it —
but it’s what sustains you in the long run.
