✨ Week 6 – The Final Chapter of Our Challenge ✨

And just like that, we’ve reached the last week of our 6-week challenge! 💪 Over the past weeks, we’ve pushed ourselves out of our comfort zones, from appointment-making to cold calling, showing up consistently, and holding ourselves accountable to the process.

This week, our faci Peggy Ong led us through a meaningful wrap-up, asking a few teammates to share their key takeaways. Hearing the different reflections reminded us that growth looks different for everyone, some discovered newfound confidence in picking up the phone, others built the discipline to follow through, and many realized the power of teamwork and consistency.

What started as daunting tasks slowly became stepping stones that built resilience, sharpened our communication skills, and reminded us of the importance of persistence in real estate.

The journey might have been filled with nerves, rejections, and challenges, but it was also filled with breakthroughs, small wins, and moments of courage that add up to long-term success. 🌱

As this challenge ends, the habits we’ve cultivated and the lessons we’ve learned will carry us forward.

We game on our cold calling session☎️, be it new leads or old leads, we stay laser-focus for 2 hours and bounce off each other’s high energy, just picking up the phone and making the dial. In total, we set more than 45 appointments for the week. Get ready to have more breakthrough for the upcoming weeks! 🔥🔥
