In a span of 12 hours yesterday, we have both Lentor Central Residences with 94% sold & Aurelle of Tampines with 89% sold!

Aurelle EC 5 bedrooms was the first to sold out, which significantly means a huge demand in big units in Tampines!

Lentor Central Residences also experienced 4 times increase in prices throughout the day! 3 Bedrooms were the first to sell out!

If you are targeting resale units, this is actually a good tell tale sign of what unit types to focus on!

Turned 33 in November🎂As the clock struck 12 on my actual day, I made a wish for myself. Unlike the previous years where I always wished for more wealth and sales, this year my only wish was to be happy.

Truly blessed to spend so many happy moments with everyone who took time and effort to make me feel special. Some of you are not in the pictures but I rememeber ☺️. Thank you everyone for making me feel like a princess 👑🩷 I am so blessed to have yall!
