Referred by another client of mine, I’ve recently helped my lovely young clients secure a gorgeous, well-renovated Executive Apartment (EA) without any Cash Over Valuation (COV)! It was love at first sight, and they knew this was the one for them.

Through tough negotiations, we ensured they did not incur any COV for their new home, saving more cash for their home furniture.
