Excited to share that I helped Mdm A, referred by her close friend, upgrade from her cozy 3-room flat to a spacious, well-renovated 4-room home in Tampines! 🎉

The sale of her 3-room wasn’t easy as it came with its own set of challenges: odd shape layout, ethnic quota restrictions, and the balance lease of the flat. It was a hard-fought battle, but we managed to sell it at her expectation.

First-time buyers purchased an EA with NO COV! 🙌

Referred by another client of mine, I’ve recently helped my lovely young clients secure a gorgeous, well-renovated Executive Apartment (EA) without any Cash Over Valuation (COV)! It was love at first sight, and they knew this was the one for them.

Through tough negotiations, we ensured they did not incur any COV for their new home, saving more cash for their home furniture. We also made sure the property’s remaining lease could cover the youngest buyer’s age to avoid any CPF withdrawal limitations and set aside sufficient CPF savings for their housing needs.
