Congrats to the buyers for taking massive action to start on their investment journey!

The clients have been sitting on the fence for some time, apprehensive as property prices have risen and created a widening gap between new and resale properties.

Presented the market essentials to help them better understand the property market and also explained the various policy changes enacted over the years. I also gave them a breakdown on the financials and help them analyze the pros and cons between new and resale properties so they can make a clear-cut decision.

After they realized this new development checks most of their boxes, they told me “Elgin, we have viewed over 50 properties previously before meeting you guys”, and none of the properties made the cut for them.

Are you also undecided and unsure if there are still opportunities in today’s tepid market? Get in touch with me to stay abreast of the market and get real insights into your possible options!
