In property transactions, emotions often run high, it is one of the most personal and significant investments for anyone. I have learned that staying calm and collected helps both sides find clarity and confidence. Clients feel reassured when you are composed, especially when things get uncertain. Patience allows me to truly listen, understand their needs, and guide them thoughtfully instead of rushing decisions.
