JUST SOLD — Queens Peak, S$980K

2017: I helped him buy this 1-bedder investment unit.

2024: He listed with another agent (his friend). One full year. Zero offers.

2025: I had a buyer who loved this development. I reached out to him.

The unit was tenanted. Messy. Not picture-perfect. Every week of silence made him wonder if anyone would ever want it.

My buyer couldn't wait for the tenant to move out. So we showed him 2 similar units in the same block, same layout, same view.

He saw the potential.

Offered S$968K without viewing the actual unit.

The seller was stunned: "He wants to buy my unit?"

After 365 days of nothing, someone finally said yes.

Closed at S$980K.

The lesson: Your property isn't the problem. Sometimes it just needs the right buyer who can see what you've always known was there — value.
