The Covid situation has caused a hard reset. With implementations in place to curb the situation, things are definitely affected to a certain extend and it will take a while for it to go back to normal.

However, this period saw us adapting to changes and swiftly shifting all our resources digitally. We have been preparing and upgrading ourselves through this period and we can proudly say that when Circuit Breaker ends, we are ready to dive back into work!

NEWLY TOP QUEENS PEAK

We met our buyer at a resale landed viewing and after the viewing, we had a 2 hour long chat and only to realise resale landed didn’t really meet his criteria.

So we met him another day at his place to advise him proper on his budget and timeline. (He didn’t know he could afford a higher budget, and was very pleased when we he found out about it) Shared with him the current market data and analysis, he was convinced a queens peak 4 bedroom was best for him and his family needs.

We then proceeded to sell his flat in 1 week and now he is a happy owner waiting to renovate his unit.

This would be one of our more memorable sale we had simply because the interior designing was so well done. It was always such a joy to conduct viewings there but it was short lived because we could only conduct a handful of viewings before it got sold! 🤗
