15 months wait out period to buy HDB resale stopped
Private property owner do not need to wait for so long before buying a HDB resale (In consideration of their needs, property plan, retirement, bigger space etc.. )

PP Owner, Do apply for a HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter before viewing and buying a HDB resale

HDB resale prices have fallen for two consecutive quarters since the start of the year.

I have been looking at this photo for a long time and the sign has also been there for few years ?
What is wrong with the the sign ? If the residents is fine , then it is is ok? just feel that the sign is a bit extrapolated .. do you agree ? 😅
With even HDB MOP block coming soon... what does the sign actually say abt the estate

Food Street is back at CCK
Lots of variety but the prices em …
Know it is difficult for the vendors but hope to be able to savour better food. Less oily , more tasty and unique .

HDB Completion date for my Client

Client has even given me a token HB Satisfying. Happy to see Happy Faces in this familiar place

Met up with Mr Chan last July
Start marketing for him and also gave him weekly feedback. Within 2 weeks, we have a good offer, but all decided to try for better offer. Not pushy type.

Printed flyer specially for his house, more enquires received , constantly update him the market situation and enquires feedback.

Guiding through all HDB processes and assisted to write for Extension of sale of his flat for him.

All finally ended well and good

Early Handover to Buyer by my very nice Clients. ( To help the Buyer with catching up Reno time frame) They are really nice seller.
I would say the house is absolutely well kept and maintained . Even at this stage of bare condition. The house look Gorgeous👍🏻
