New rules for Singapore Employment Permits (EPs) will start to be introduced from 1st September 2023 - please see link. DaneCorp can assist with your application.
Setting up a Singapore company does not require an Employment Permit, unless you plan to live and work in Singapore.
MOM will be raising the qualifying salary for Employment Pass (EP) renewals and introducing a points-based Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) for EP applications. These changes will apply progressively from 1 September 2023.
